The first time someone books an appointment at Rambling Rose, a digital consultation form is sent for them to complete. This is not me being nosy.
All the questions asked are relevant to your nails and the service I need to provide. Certain medications and medical conditions do affect the appearance of the nail plate, so I need to know about these.

Information provided is only used by me to give you the best service possible - based on your health, state of your nails, and your lifestyle - and for me to do my invoicing per IRD requirements. Personal information is not shared with anyone else, and no third party has access to it.

If you feel offended by any of the questions, please discuss it with me at your appointment.
